Terms & Conditions

1. Service Description

a. We provide professional pool cleaning services for residential and commercial properties.

b. Our services include routine pool cleaning, chemical balancing, equipment maintenance, and minor repairs.

c. Services will be performed by trained and experienced technicians.

2. Service Schedule

a. The frequency of service visits will be determined based on the package chosen by the client (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, monthly).

b. The client agrees to provide access to the pool area on scheduled service days.

c. We reserve the right to reschedule service visits due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Payment Terms

a. Payment for services is due upon completion of each visit unless otherwise agreed upon.

b. We accept cash, checks, and electronic payments (e.g., credit/debit cards, bank transfers).

c. Late payments may incur penalties or suspension of services until payment is received.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

a. Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of service visits.

b. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled visit may be subject to a cancellation fee.

c. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services for reasons such as equipment malfunction or safety concerns.

5. Liability and Insurance

a. Our company carries liability insurance to cover damages or injuries related to our services.

b. Clients are responsible for informing us of any safety hazards or concerns related to the pool area.

c. We are not liable for damages caused by pre-existing conditions or client negligence.

6. Customer Responsibilities

a. Clients must maintain appropriate water levels in the pool between service visits.

b. Clients are responsible for informing us of any changes in the pool's condition or functionality.

c. Clients must follow our recommendations for water chemistry and pool care between service visits.

7. Termination of Services

a. Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice.

b. Upon termination, any outstanding payments or fees must be settled within a specified timeframe.

8. Warranty

a. We provide a warranty on our services for a specified period (e.g., 30 days) against defects in workmanship.

b. The warranty does not cover damages caused by external factors or client misuse.

​

9. Indemnification

a. Clients agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from our services.

b. This includes but is not limited to injuries, property damage, or third-party claims.

​

10. Governing Law

a. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of New York, United States of America.

b. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration.

11. Modification of Terms

a. These terms and conditions may be modified with mutual agreement between the client and our company.

b. Any changes will be communicated in writing and require acceptance by both parties.
